Registering for the CLUJ Conference is easy! Please let us know that we should be expecting you so that we can plan accordingly. We ask that participants provide us with their name, basic contact information, and affiliated organization.

BENEFITS OF EARLY REGISTRATION
FREE ADMISSION: We won’t let you in without a registration. Not for free, anyway. Participants that register early — before May 21 — will get into the symposium for free. If you miss the deadline, you’ll have to pay us the enormous sum of $5 at the door.
CARPOOL OPTION: If you check the box that says ‘interested in carpool,’ we will try to connect those of you coming from the same metropolitan area to facilitate transportation.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: Before the conference begins, we will provide you with materials highlighting the various events, breakout sessions, courses, and lectures that will be available at the conference.
LOCAL DISCOUNTS: If we reach a required number of pre-registered participants, we will be able to provide you with a book of coupons with discounts to local eateries and shops near campus.
